SHIPPING Shipping rates are calculated by the size of the package. Please select the desired country, the costs will be displayed accordingly. In the case of standard shipping, we deliver the goods in special packaging to the address you specify. Orders ship within 5 business days. We ship worldwide. Please note that shipments to countries outside of the EU may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes.
TRACKING When your order is shipped, we send you a shipping confirmation including a tracking number from our certified shipping partners and the invoice as a PDF for you to print out.
RETURNS We are dedicated to providing our costumer with accurate descriptions and visuals of the artwork featured on our site. However, if you are displeased with your acquisition please email us. We’ll gladly offer you a store credit within 7 days of receipt of the artwork. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost. If your artworks arrive damaged, please ensure SILVERFINEART is notified within 3 days of delivery.
